It's pretty good for my chinchilla and I trust this brand a lot majority of my chins food or snacks from this brand.

What you receive is what is NOT what is pictured on the listing. It is the product in the description. I made the mistake of relying on the many photos posted by the seller. These are NOT HAY BALLS that my bunnies love. These are Play Poms, which my bunnies ignore. I'm sure some animals like them, but mine don't. Very disappointed because, like others, I trusted the photos posted by the sellers.
