I do not have flat feet but those sandals are very well built! I have 3 different ones

Q: It says they are adjustable but I don’t see where or how they adjust. Adjustable or flexible due to elastic?

These are flexible due to the elastic. This is my second pair… in the same color and the old pair still fits. Elastic very durable.

Q: How would you wash these shoes?

I haven't worn them enough to need washing, but I imagine a damp cloth will do the trick.
