Due to the price of this I was a bit sceptical, but I only had to drill 2 holes so I thought it was worth a gamble.The guide held the tile fine and the holes were cut in the desired location.The bits drilled through 8mm porcelain tiles perfectly with clean edges and no chipping of the glaze.

Did the job

Purchased these as i needed to 'drill' holes in tiles in my complete refurbished en-suite. I broke off a little piece of sponge, soaked it in water & put inside the drill hole bits & they did the job as intended with barely any mess. Cannot fault for the price & job they were meant for.More tools in my shed ;o)

Drills are completely dull, thin walled and with lots of runout. Most they can manage is scratch the surface. The "holder" is flimsy and incapable of holding anything.Avoid at all cost.

What an odd mix of qualities! The various sized hole saws arrived jumbled together in a plastic bag, and none is marked with its size. Every time you want to bore a hole of a specific size you have to measure each one until you find the one you want. The drill guide is the main reason I bought a cheap kit from China in the first place. It works okay, too, though the plastic feels cheap, and I hope it lasts long enough. On the plus side of the ledger, all the sizes I've used cut holes in porcelain tiles as easily as any Rubi, Mexco, or Marcrist I own, and none has worn noticeably after cutting up to half a dozen holes each.

Se lo compré a mi maestro de obra para que pueda horadar la cerámica y azulejo, y perfora bien la cerámica sin mordisquear el borde. Y han aguantado bien, no se por cuanto duren. Pero me ha resuelto el problema. Han hecho que el trabajo sea prolijo y presentable.

The guide with suction cup would not stick to smooth as glass porcelain tile. The bearing nuts came loose immediately and one fell and could not find it. The hole saws were average at best when cutting with water. Would not recommend.

Works as expected, alittle tricky to keep on center when starting the cut on a jar.
