Impressed
Easy to assemble and works immediately there is sun on it. Impressed with how high the fountain actually goes once in full sunlight first picture is partly sunny then 5 seconds later how high it goes in full sun. Only downside is it needs sun to work, the minute it clouds over it stops, I have only had it set up a short while, but I do t think it stores power to keep the fountain going. But impressed for the price, a cute feature in the garden.

Nice for the price
This is a nice little buy if you want a cheap and simple water feature. It works really well on a sunny day. I couldn't quite work out if the four straws were integral to its running. They're not. They just seem to be for stability. I actually cut the length of mine to fit the pot.The two pots were from B&M - less than £10 for the two. Hopefully it will all look nicer when the flowers grow.

Powerful little fountain.
We have spring sunshine at the moment and despite the cooler temperatures, this little fountain started working as soon as the sunshine hit it. As with all of these type of pumps it does need direct sunlight to keep working and as the days get longer, the better it works. This was slightly smaller in circumference than another that I bought last year but it's power was no less. If you use one of the fountain heads the water spurts at least 18 ins in the air and is too powerful for the 40cm birdbath that I have and spurts water over the edge so it needs refilling quite often. Not a problem - when I am not at home I use the single spout and the spurt is not so high and makes a lovely babbling brook sound and maintains the level of water. However, when I am at home I use a fountain head and just top up the water as needed to prevent the pump from breaking through lack of water. Last year the birds loved the one I had and I even had a young greater spotted woodpecker enjoying it. I am hoping as the summer advances they will love it just as much. Definitely excellent value for money .

Nice little fountain
Works ok. I think it's good value for money but it does get limescale built up on quite quickly and then the solar panels don't work. So needs cleaning regularly. But it's a nice little feature in the garden
