Exceptional Quality and Authenticity Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey KFactor 16
I recently purchased Monofloral Manuka Honey, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The quality is exceptional rich, smooth, and packed with natural goodness. It's pure and unadulterated. This honey has become my go to for boosting my immune system and adding a delightful flavor to my tea and toast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch Manuka honey. You won't be disappointed!

Delicious Honey but mainly bought for its antimicrobial properties
The media could not be loaded. The honey is thick and it is quite a big pot (although really very expensive), but costliness seems to be the case with Manuka honeys. As it was twice the size of the very small pot I bought from a shop that sounds like Amsterdam and Bertie Bassett, I thought I would try it out. Its very difficult to understand why Wedderspoon do not actually list an equivalent MGO, but I currently understand it to be 250 MGO upwards.I like the fact this is a raw honey and is not blended.Positives:DeliciousFairly good valueCurative enough for ulcersLightweight jarIncredibly fast deliveryNegatives:Plastic jarExpenseEquivalent MGO not listedI am pursuing a treatment for a very sore oesophagus coupled with reflux. I am on steroidal meds for colitis and despite taking a stomach protectant often suffer with painful mid stomach. I immediately feel an effect with this honey which is quite extraordinary. I take one teaspoon twice a day. Manuka honey is scientifically proven to help with reflux disease (GORDS) but it has to be of a high MGO of 300-400.As I do not know the MGO of this honey, I will have to update you on my progress.Update, this worked very well and healed my painful stomach.Since then I have had a bout again about 6 months later post Covid, and started taking it having bought a new jar. I have every belief in it as healing. Here is a comparison15-20+UMF514-829+ mgo16-22 k factor

Taste wonderful but is the 16+ rating worth its honey?
Taste nice and I may use again. Because I am using for medical reasons it’s imperative that this is 16+. It says 16+ on the jar but I understand a UMF rating is what makes these ratings genuine. I am not sure on this one. It may be fine but I don’t know if it is bringing the needed results. I believe I may try again in the future after I investigate its rating further.

Best face mask
I bought this product as I have sensitive skin. It is dry and scley on the top but oily underneath. I have acne scars and And massive pores. My skin goes through phases throughout the month.. Sometimes it's red and dry sometimes it's full of spots. I have spent thousands on products. I gave up as everything makes it worse. Then decided to try this. Everyone has been commenting on my skin. I recommend this to any skin issue. I spread a thin layer of honey on my face after washing it at tea time after work. I leave it on for as many hours as I can. ( between 5 and 7 hours) ..3 times per week. then I apply a vitamin "a" capsule with fish oil as a moisturiser every day, I take astanthem also. My wrinkles are less visable my pores are smaller my skin never feels saw and I feel like I'm glowing. I have no dry skin scales and my makeup goes on amazing.

I love, love
I take this manuka honey for stomach ulcers as it soothes and heals the ulcers, amongst the many other health benefits it gives. I love, love, love the taste and texture of this particular manuka, and although expensive, for me it is worth it! The manuka factor at 16 is perfect, as my research indicates that 20 and above can be too intense for some people, yet the manuka factor needs to be sustantial for it to really work regards health benefits (hence the 16). I will have this honey on an oatcake with almond butter or with coconut butter on Biona gluten free bread. Sometimes I just have a little straight off the teaspoon if I really want something ultra sweet - delicious all round! Purity is important for me, as well as the ethos of the company, which I feel this company has a good ethos and their products seem to be pure. So it has to be 5 stars!

Hands down the best honey!
Okay it’s expensive. But it’s smooth, runny and tastes like caramel. Absolutely hands down the best honey I’ve ever had. Excellent emergency treatment for acne or skin breakouts, this stuff is magic, buy it!

Great Australian Honey
Great Australian Honey. Tastes excellent. Try not to eat it frequently, sugar is the same as everywhere else. Fits any cup of tea. Hardly useable for any skin treatment. Just enjoy it as an expensive honey with unusual taste.
