They are ok for putting a little bit of shopping in or carrying a big bag of sugar, they are what they are,But in the discripyion I could of sworn it said the corners had real leather to strengthen the corners but it's not real leather .?

Light weight, brought this reuasble bag as an alternative to wrapping paper for relative's gift.
Have relatives into upcycling and using wrapping that has extended life. So these fit a gift with an awkward shape perfectly and fit their brief of being useful long term. Yes could use them for swimming kit, shopping bag. Great value and I would buy more. Saved me trying to wrap awkward heavy cockerpoo doorstop in flimsy paper, so a win for me too.
