I love her she is so cute and does an amazing job. The hoover is very small and lightweight with a wooden floor setting and carpet setting, comes with different brush extentions and is easy to detach and change heads. I live the extention and retraction of the cord and the ability to change the strength of suction. Comes with 2 dust bags.

Great hoover. Powerful and easy to use

I love this hoover, this is the 3rd one I have purchased. Good value on amazon, great to get it delivered to the door and Hetty is significantly cheaper than Henry and is effectively the same hoover. While that is sexist, I appreciate hate the pink model for less money haha. Not too heavy, easy to remove the lid and change dust bags which last a long time. So many attachments with it so everything you could need for upholstery, tight spaces, furniture, floors and carpets. I have previously purchased the additional attachments set but to be honest, it is not needed you get plenty with this on its own. Comes with 2 dust bags to get you started. Well packaged and easy to unwrap and put together in under ten minutes. As with all pull along hoovers, she can get caught on the odd door or skirting but that's to be expected. Simple to work if you have any issues and don't want anything complex, its literally plug in, flick the light up switch to on/off, handle to rotate to swivel up the cord again, great for dexterity issues and lightweight too. Long cord, adjustable length handle and the carpet/floor is standard just a pedal with your foot to flick the brush on or off. All in all id recommend and they tend to last a long time before losing suction.

This Henry Hetty (HET160) is a fantastic vacuum cleaner! It's powerful (thanks to the 620W motor) and handles most messes with ease. The long cord provides great reach, and the included attachments make cleaning various surfaces a breeze.However, I did find it struggles a little with picking up tiny threads and pet hair from carpets. For everything else, it's a fantastic machine. If you have mostly hard floors or don't mind using a separate tool for pet hair, this wouldn't be a deal-breaker. Overall, it's a solid 4-star performer!

Wow, what can I say, this little hoover is excellent, the suction power when it's turned up full is immense, sometimes a little too good (you may have to rescue small rugs or doormats 😅) it's also quite light weight and doesn't take up much room to store, and further to that, it's actually not an eyesore if left in view, I got the Hetty version and it's cute 😊 but if that's not your thing you can actually remove the face (something I didn't know before looking at the instructions) honestly I have nothing bad to say about it, and thats rare 😅 Henrys/Hettys definitely live up to their reputation, and imo it's definitely worth spending a bit more to get a product you know will do a good job and last than to get something slightly cheaper and doesn't do its job at all 😒 (yes I did do this 😅)

Absolutely excellent! Much better than the cordless cleaner I had previously. Arrived on time and with all tools as stated. I would certainly recommend this item. Certainly excellent value. Delivered on time and very pleasant delivery man.
