I purchased this to mount under my drone. In good lighting conditions its a great 360 camera for pictures and videos. I replace my FPV camera with this and fly around since I fly autonomously with waypoints. In lower light settings you begin to see the pixelation. My recommendation is smaller resolution with lower framerate. Have not tested underwater but will update the review when that happens.

Not really proper 360
Not really a proper 360 camera - the camera has to be held pointing up for YouTube 360 to orient it, meaning you need to lie down wearing your cardboard to watch the film. Also, the link to the Windows software doesn't work.On the other hand, it's only £70, so you can't complain about it as a cheap entry into this sort of filming.
