High quality and longer shelf life
It refreshes and hydrates your eyes immediately. Very easy to use thanks to the mechanism (you just push the bottom of the bottle and the solution comes out in single drops, so you have full control on how much you use). The main thing for me is that all the products from this brand have a much longer expiry date: they're perfectly fine up to 6 months after opening

superior therapy for dry eyes
These wonderful eyedrops have been very efficientin providing soothing hydrating relief for my dry eyes and aiding natural healthy healing. They were prescribed by my Optician and I am so happy to be able to purchase them through Amazon.

Free of preservatives, but you're paying much more for the better container
Following laser eye surgery in London for short-sightedness, the surgeon gave me a list of eye drops to use many times a day to help the healing (antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, lubricating gel, lubricating eye drops). He gave me Sno-tears eye drops against eye dryness. When I ran out, I then tried Hycosan Plus and Systane.Regarding lubricating eyedrops, I found Hycosan Plus to be the best to use. The drops are smaller so there's less waste and less time with too much liquid in my eyes.I like the 'one click, one drop' system, but sometimes the drop just hangs there and a second click is necessary causing too much liquid to get in the eye.Hycosan is expensive and also provides less than 10mL like other products. It also lacks a transparent side panel to see how much is left. The container is also bulky so not as easy to just keep in a pocket. The lid is not screwed on so it could potentially get lost (not happened to me but it's possible). As to the actual drops, I did not notice a difference in quality or comfort between the three brands, apart from Sno-tears and Systane delivering too big a drop and sometimes delivering a second drop too late that annoyingly fell on my face.I went back to the laser eye surgery clinic for a 3rd check-up and told the optometrist about using Hycosan Plus now. She said that it was the best of the three because it's free of preservatives (then why not give it to me initially if the surgery costs £3700!). So I'll be sticking to Hycosan Plus from now on.

The best
These are the best eye drops ever. I interchange between this one and the Hycosan Extra. Both are brilliant but this one actually seems to go a bit further in that it helps repair the eye. My job entails driving 8 hours a day in very dusty dry conditions and I didn't realise how good these eye drops were until I stopped using them. They are even better than the ones prescribed by my opticians. Definitely have to be consistent with use. I noticed my eyes don't look as red or tired at the end of my shift, and that horrible burning sensation is non existent now.

Item as expected
Arrived on time, sensible packaging, product as expected. I like Hycosan as the style of the bottle makes it really easy to apply eye drops yourself and there is a wide range of products to choose from.

Good stuff but awful dispenser
There are three problems with the dispenser. Firstly it dispenses a single drop upon a click-action button on the base. This means that when you feel the button click your reflex is to immediately blink. If your brain controlled the blink then you could stop yourself, but blinking is reflexive so you cannot. That results on the drop landing on your eyelid and risking transferring whatever skin grease, soap or whatever into your eye. Secondly, the direction of force applied to the button is towards the eye, and thirdly the force required to click the button is enough to hurt your eye should your grip on the dispenser slip; in which case it would go straight into your eye, and hard! Why not just provide a squeezy bottle? That would have been so much better!
