BerkeyBlack Primer for Water Filter Elements/Purifiers

Like others, I can’t believe I paid nearly £30 for a few tubes and a pump! However, it makes easy work of priming the Berkey and job done tidily and quickly within 5 minutes.Considering it’s almost impossible to prime the filters using a tap, I would argue that the berkey kit should be shipped with something like this including in the price- especially given the price is pretty high as it is.-1* for the audacity

Needed gadget for the Berkey filter prep. I couldn’t pret my filters without this tool. I tried and tried and the water was coming so slowly. I used this tool and my filters working great now.

One valve was missing so I sent it back

So much easier than trying to prime using the tap . Primed properly and the filters work a lot faster than the last new set did. Worth buying

Great item. Works very well and does the job. Reason for 2 stars, well over priced for abit of plastic.

Wish I had bought this a long time ago. Makes putting filter into use very easy.

The primer worked fine. It was the filters I had purchased were faulty, so I haven’t used that Berkey in several months now I’m just am hesitant to order the filters again.

Je l'utilise tous les mois, lors du nettoyage des filtres de ma fontaine Berkey.Après avoir passé ces filtres sous un filet d'eau avec un brossage (avec une brosse douce) pour décrocher les particule incluses dans les petites aspérités de surfaces, j'injecte de l'eau avec cette poire pour chasser les particules restantes.Facile d'utilisation et d’entretien!Je recommande.

Leider hat das mit dem Wasserhahn nicht geklappt, so dass die neuen Filter nicht in Betrieb genommen werden konnten. Ich hab dieses Set bestellt, es hat einen Moment gedauert bis man die zwei Filter "gebrieft" hatte, aber es hat letztendlich gut funktioniert. Wasserfilter läuft wieder.
