Both my husband and I use this book on a daily basis. Simple to follow, but producing great results. Please remember that the results take time to appear, but are worth working for !!!

Getting Fit Enjoyably.
I have just completed my first week using Brians’s simple yet effective exercises. I already feel the difference After only 7 days I have established a routine. I put Kylie’s greatest hits on and go for it. I used Glinka overtures though this morning. I can unreservedly recommend this well written easy to follow guide. I shall review again in 6 months time. By then I am sure I will be feeing a new man.Paul (going on 71).Thank you, Brian for your contribution. 😁.

Easy to follow
A well written book, the exercises are easy to follow and fully explained with well drawn pictures. I have been using it everyday first thing in a morning and I it's a good way to wake your body up and sets you up for the day

Worth doing these exercises
The instructions are easy to follow and offer a variety of moves whilst protecting the spine from over-extending. You don’t need much room to do them. A stout chair is essential.

This book has clear pictures and examples of all the exercises needed to help me with my health flexibility. They are simple but effective. I highly recommend this book.

Fantastic
I have only been using this book for a week but I am already feeling better. My mobility has improved and I am getting less back pain. My motivation for all my daily activities has increased and I am sleeping better. The diagrams are clear and there is no jargon, I would recommend this book to anyone who finds regular excercise challenging.I am 75 next month and looking forward to a more active future. Thank you for this book

I loved the 7 workout routines- especially Sunday ! A wonderful purchase for seniors looking to keeping fit and mobile.

Not bad but let down by...
The content is good and well written however, the book is let down by a couple of elements.The illustrations are too small. The books targeting seniors and I think the author should assume they our eyesight is not what is was.The bonus audio is simply awful! It sounds like an army drill sergeant shouting at you, what on earth was the author thinking?So overall, OK book, nothing to hate, but I suspect there are better on this topic available.

Excellent tutorial for everyday of the week.
I love the book's organization and clarity. I have just begun my daily chair exercise adventure so i have a way to go, but the warm-up routines are already paying dividends. I plan to give copies of this book to friends and family this year. You definitely do not have to be a Senior to benefit from these exercises.

It is simple to use.
I am a disabled elderly person. I got the book in hopes of becoming more able to move about.I have just done the first set of warm-up exercises and Monday exercises and I can tell right away that they will help me to pursue my goal.I also got the link to the free tracking sheet by email and it was easy to download and print.

Well organized and easy to use.
I am 73n years old and quite active. I was looking for a simple list of exercies to do from home without extra equipment needed - just a chair. I am really able to a lot of these with out a chair. But to have everything well organized with simple pictures and explanations means that I am more apt to do them on a daily basis. The fact that they take only 10 minutes a day is all the better. My sister, who is 80 years old also bought this book on my recommendation. It always helps to have a buddy!!
