I have been unfortunate to have Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, Arthritis in the back, been suffering pain for years but rubbing this cream into my knees has helped greatly, my knees still sound like a mechanics ratchet but the pain is so much more bearable. Didn't do anything for the Fibromyalgia pain but I expected that as I've had it for 19 years so if you do have Fibromyalgia don't dismiss this as my hands have benefitted by using the cream and rubbing it into my hands when finished. To maintain the use of this cream for me will be expensive because although it might go a long way it won't last forever technically if I used it in all my sore spots I would easily go through a 50ml bottle a week, being 5p short of 20 quid it would cost me 79.80 a month and I don't have that sort of income. Great free P&P for a few days wait for item or 5.95 for quicker delivery so I opted for the free P&P and it arrived within 2 days, so well done. Don't just read this..........try it. 😊😊😊

Do not be fooled by this product it does nothing & when you take it apart you find you only get an inch of the cream. Well disguised for £20 a rip off.

Absorbs quickly into skin and takes the ache out.

Have used it for years, it works all the time i use it. Recomend it even for serious pain but not use it on open wounds or near the eyes.

i suffer with my nerves and muscles in my neck this did not work for me at all ibuprofen does the same job.
