Solid Quality!
Great product! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. A local company put the window/door in. A very large person can fit through this window. It opens like a door but also pulls down to allow some air inside. The 'well' is wide and sturdy. This product has made our basement safe and allows us to have company sleep safely downstairs. The photos show that the window placement is unfinished. The construction company framed the window in. You can see from the other photo that the well (my own terminology) is just below the top of the foundation.

Complete kit
This is a one stop shop complete kit. Comes with everything you need without having to search and purchase pieces from here amd there. Be patient with the shipping process as this ships on a pallet via freight. It was delivered within a week of purchasing the kit. This is a quality kit and is very fair priced for what you get. Instalation process is pretty straightforward. Overall a great product and company to work with.

This was great girly for the price. Not only safe and convenient. But looks great. Our client was very pleased with the finished look.

Excellent quality
This is a very sturdy well-manufactured window. It works smoothly.I built the window frame and worked with a local friend who ran the backhoe to dig the window well. We installed it together.If you're planning on installing this yourself I highly recommend you watch the video on YouTube that goes over installation. The window does not come with installation instructions.The manufacturer tried to bill us for shipping, however, this is a Prime item, so Amazon took care of it. We did not pay for shipping. Shipping is expensive and that's the main reason we went with Amazon Prime it decreased the overall cost of the project considerably.The photo is taken of the rough in window I haven't finished and trimmed out the inside yet.
