Was a bit cynical about sheet masks' effectiveness but these have totally converted me. The included neck mask was what appealed about these for me. The experience is soothing and pampering...a great excuse to relax with some music for 20 minutes.After first use, my face felt smooth and soft, but the real revelation was my neck & chest/decolletage (more of that in a sec.) My neck has what looks like a deep red ring around it. After 20 minutes with this mask that ring - that no mount of massage or potions has ever had any effect on - has disappeared. Ok, it may only be temporary, but I'll be using these masks regularly from now on. The most ASTONISHING result has been on my decolletage. After treating my face & neck, I cut the mask up & and applied it there. There was plenty of formula left on the mask and some still left in the pouch (non serum side.) I smoothed it over the mask before leaving it on for the required 20 minutes and following with the serum (again, more than enough left.) With the best will in the world I find it hard to treat this area on a day-to-day basis and I just cannot believe the difference from using this mask once. Crepiness has disappeared and the skin feels gorgeous...so soft...& looks healthy & firm. If results are cumulative, then that's a bonus as far as I'm concerned...but I'd be perfectly satisfied by just replicating these results on each use!

Oh My Goodness, what a product, these Face Masks are just brilliant, I was sent one of these as a gift by Amazon, just thought another face product, no it is not, when I used this I could feel and see the difference right away, my skin was so soft and was still soft the next morning and the morning after, I knew I had to have this product as a routine product I would use once a week. There are two units to this product the Face Mask and Collagen, I found I needed only to use a little of the collagen as a little goes a long way, in fact I actually got four days out of it and a further two days using the mask, as it is plentiful with the moisture/collagen cream, hence you only need one a week, or if like me you don't want to use your product again, so maybe you will need two twice a week.

I do like a sheet mask but I was tempted by the reviews for this one and it's not that good. I've used two masks so far.The good bit is that it goes all the way down your neck. The bad bit is that after the mask you have to rub in some further gunk that's in a little pocket at the side of the big sachet (easy to chuck away when you've got the sheet mask out - so watch out)Unlike other sheet mask I noticed not a jot of defference in how my face and neck looked and felt after using this mask. I would not recommend it and would advise buying a different mask to this one. Sorry.

Very pleased so far after first use. Skin is definitely tightened and firmer. The experience is nice and relaxing. I used to use the No 7 one and this is very similar but a fraction of the price. Will wait and see if regular iae produces lasting results!

First time of trying and really loved it. Very wet but I think that is a good thing as shows there is a lot of treatment in the mask. My skin definitely felt fresher and I can definitely see a difference in my skin. My skin had started to look a bit tired and dry and having used the mask on Sunday I feel my skin looks brighter and although a cliché more youthful. It doesn't look so dry and is very soft. Glad I bought the multi-pack as I will definitely be using them all.

My first experience of sheet masks. after reading about the benefits of sheet masks I was shocked at the price of some of the well known ones so was thrilled to discover these masks and they didnt disapoint.You need to allow 15 minutes where you can sit back and relax. The masks feel a little strange if you havent done it before, as they are heavily loaded in the solution so they are cold and damp to apply but once you relax and enjoy the sensation the time flies by.After the mask apply the serum and allow that to work.This left my skin soft and fresher looking, will be buying again.

I urge anyone NOT to buy these I ended up in A&E in resus as I had a life threatening elergic reaction and devolved anaphylax shock ..my face swelled twice the size ..an had to be given adrenaline injection and put on an antihistamine and steroid drip ..I was lucky I realised when my airways swelled and could have died . Dye to chemicals in these masks ..PLEASE PLEASE be aware I did a patch test ..but nothing showed !!

This is the best thing I have ever purchased (in my ENTIRE life). ok a little back story about me: I'm currently on a weight loss spree and my face has always been chubby (and i have acne) and my jawline or 'v line' was never ever prominent (oh how that has changed). So I used the face mask in the space of 2 weeks and my overall face shape changed (my jaw became more prominent). even when I stupidly left the house without sunscreen and got severely burned, this facemask did wonders. It's a little bit big for my face (because i have quite a small but very chubby face) but it is honestly sooo wonderful. I loveee it. I'm going to purchase it again. btw is this a korean product? it kinda reminds me of one (I love korean skin care). Now I wish they did a cream version for my body for this :( I usually keep the face mask for 20 minutes and then put the serum on for 3 minutes before washing it off.
