A great multi vitamin
Browsing for a new multi vitamin, I came across this product and thought I would give it a go. I suffer from extreme tiredness and a pretty shoddy immune system, and have done for years. It can leave me exhausted and have a sort of 'foggy' mind, where I find it hard to focus and concentrate. I have been taking these vitamins (2 of them) every day for the past 50 days, and I have to say that I have noticed an improvement. My mind feels sharper, I don't feel so tired all the time, which has enabled me to start exercising again. The tablets are easy to take and don't leave you with an unpleasant after taste. I will definitely be buying theses again. And they're British made too! An absolutely fab product. :)

Good quality product, poor delivery times.
These are a really good product. They are on the large size but no problem to swallow. They don't leave any bitter after taste. After a few days of taking these I am already starting to feel more energised. Delivery was quite slow, 5 days after order, they were dispatched.

Very good quality product, makes me feel more enrgised and healthy. Does provide 100% RDA of essential vitamins and minerals. Little bit pricey but worth the money.

After a few years of feeling tired and having a lack of energy, after searching online, a lot pointed to trying to add multivitamins into my daily diet.Seeing the reviews on amazon, I gave these ago and only a few days into adding them into my routine along with some omega 3 capsules, I already feel better in myself.Tablets arrived next day and well packaged.

I take these multivitamins as part of a general healthy routine along with other Physis supplements including probiotics and biotin. I have not noticed any negative side effects from taking these multivitamins and my skin has become overall more even toned. A great addition to anyone's daily routine!
