After going to the dentist and finding out my teeth have significant wear from grinding them in my sleep and also from not wearing my custom made guard for over a year, I was advised to start wearing it again. When I tried it on, it no longer fit and bothered my teeth. I decided to try these mouth guards and after a bit of shaping and trimming it to make it fit just right, I was surprised that it was even more comfortable than my custom made one ever was. It is also great that you get so many in the box incase you make a mistake which I did with the first one. Definitely a great buy and worth a try!!!

I bought this hoping it would work well enough to not have to buy a night guard from the dentist for a much higher price of $400 to $600. I received this kit, and I was impressed with what came in the package -- 6 mouth guard cartridges -- a storage case, and directions. The directions are short, simple, and quite easy to follow. Although, I was worried about whether or not the results after following directions would provide a usable night guard. You will need a food thermometer to measure the temperature of the water to start the process and if you are good at following directions, you will be as satisfied as I am. It was quick, it was easy, and it worked. I have a comfortable, firm, well-fitting night guard. A regular night guard is more firm or rigid but this one seems as good if not better. My only concern now is how long it will last. Then again, I have 5 more cartridges to work with. I've included a pic of the molded night guard and the storage case. I am happy with this item, and I feel it's worth recommending.

pensando que la salud es muy importante, me hice una férula en dentista pagando un pastizal y no pude llevarla por ser demasiado rígida y acabé con dolores en la mandíbula.ojalá hubiera probado primero la opción barata. estoy encantada con estás férulas.como se indica, son moldeables, por tanto se adaptan a cualquier boca. si se siguen las instrucciones correctamente, conseguirás moldearlas para que te queden perfectas. en mi opinión debes usar un termómetro de cocina ya que el agua debe estar a unos 80C y no 100C.si te queda muy grande, la puedes recortar de largo, alto e incluso la parte interna del paladar.Ahora llevo un par de meses usándola ( la más fina es suficiente) y no se ha desgastado casi nada.estoy tan cómoda con esta férula que la llevo cada noche y me la llevo de viaje porque ahora se me hace raro acostarme sin ella.
