Disgusting, greasy and crumbly mess
The size was grand but the taste was very bland. The banana taste was not at all present, it was slippery when I was eating it and I could taste the awful amount of butter that was present. Didn't feel "charged" instantly felt hungry after an hour of consuming this product. Will not be buying again. Not recommended.

My go to bar for long runs
I love these little mini flapjacks, the 30g size, perfect for long runs. tasty, boosts my energy and doesn't upset my stomach as some energy gels etc do. Easy to slip in a pocket for the longer run.
