I absolutely love the coconut oil itself. There is very little smell and it moisturizes my skin and keeps it feeling supple all day. My only complaint is the packaging. When it arrived, the product was so solid that even vigorous shaking did not make it fluid enough to pour from a lotion bottle. I had to use a long skewer to brake up the product and mix it for several minutes before the consistency was lotion-like enough to shake some onto the palm of my hand. This may not be uncommon for coconut oil (I wouldn't know as this is the first time I've use it). But, this particular product may be better suited to tub-type packaging that would be more easily stirred.

Oil fine, but plastic bottle too rigid to squeeze oil out. Had to cut bottle open and decant it.Oil does not leave residue , but perhaps it disappears into skin too quickly to act as a satisfactory lubricant

First strike against this for me was that the production date on it was blacked out with what looked like a Sharpie and then a new one stamped on it. Second strike was it was difficult to get open. Third strike was that in my climate it's too cold for it to be liquid so it's in a solid state and the small bottle opening makes it difficult to get product out in that state. Normally I just take a little out with a spoon or something and warm it up to liquid but that isn't possible with this one. But from what I have used of it, the quality seems good. It's got a faint and natural aroma that smells good on my skin.

I can’t use this product as it’s frozen solid in the bottle and won’t come out. Also, Amazon have said it’s non refundable so I’m stuck with a faulty item!!!!

I have some pros and cons with this product.Pros being, it does leave hair and skin soft it helps with getting make up off easier, and it's very nourishing.Cons, coconut oil is solid when it's stored at room temperature. The shape of this bottle and with how thin the neckis, it's very difficult to get the coconut oil out. I have to soak my bottle in hot water in order to liquify the oil, now with this, the bottle then leaks and you can see the coconut oil ends up floating on the water which means you are obviously wasting product. In order to meet a 5 star rating, I would recommend that the bottle is changed to a tub with a lid which enables you to get your fingers inside to scrape up the product rather than trying to squeeze it out of a bottle.
