No. They will clip to the nut on the cable clamp though.

Yes, you can extend the reach of the test meter leads. However, there may be better options out there.

Q: how many max amps will this wire and connectors handle

It’s never recommended to run more than 20 amps on 14 gauge wire, to be on the safe side I personally wouldn’t go over 15 amps.
