Came fast! Was hesitant based on other reviews. They came packaged just fine no open bags.

I discovered the Herrs horseradish and cheddar flavored chips quite by accident but immediately was hooked on them. Great flavor!!! More importantly Herrs continues to remain true their commitment to their customers. Thank you for your high quality and excellent service to your customers.

If you like flavor, you won't find a more potent, powerful flavored chip anywhere. That's why I buy them here by the case.

First the bad: Ordered a six-pack, and only five arrived intact. One bag was completely open along the bottom seam and spilled out in the shipping box. Clearly happened in the packing in the factory, and not Amazon's fault. So, value-wise, I dinged you a point. (as a food item, the Return/Replace/Complain options are not available, so there is no Amazon avenue to communicate this other than here that I can find).The GOOD: If you like or love horseradish or wasabi, then these are amazing. There's nothing subtle about the flavor. It's aggressive. It's inspirational. For better or worse I'm the kind of guy for whom a full bag of chips can easily become a single serving. But the flavor intensity is such that it took three days and five sessions to get to the bottom of a singe bag. This is a good thing.I want to add these to a roast beef sandwich, sprinkle on stews and chilis, use as the crunchy part of a crunchy tuna sushi roll. Add it to a bison burger. Use in a batter for fish and chips. These are intensely good.

I don't have any pictures as this this is a while ago. I ordered from the company directly but shipping is a little spending these days. The original purchase was awesome friends at work family members and myself really enjoyed the horse radish flavor taste really like it is horse radish lol. However I did see the same thing here on Amazon so I bought some the same package or so I thought. Free shipping 12 bags in a Box in a Box OK let's do it. I'm received I thought it was a fluke I pulled out a bag in the middle and it was some big ones mostly small and crumbs.... My original purchase straight from the company it was like a normal bag of chips didn't even think about it a lot of big ones not too many broken and very little crumbs flavor evenly distributed. Bag after bag after bag it was the same the same maybe some unbroken ones mostly broken and a lot of crumbs maybe 25 to 30% or more of the bag. I was actually dumbfounded and the flavor became too much like it didn't even taste good anymore Like someone dumped the shaker in there and there wasn't really much potato so to speak.Then I looked it up 12...7 oz bags from the company .... Amazon was 12 6.5 oz bags but has "free shipping"... If this is the "deal" and to get free shipping I'd rather just pay the shipping and get equality product from the manufacturer I don't know if they cut a deal to get scraps or what......... Product was legit if you don't mind crumbs and overwhelming flavor or maybe just take pinches out and put it on your ham sandwich LO sandwich lol I still ate them all but I wouldn't be myself ordering it through Amazon again I'll just go right to the company.

The product is great, always has been. The shipping and Herr's lack of response to the issue is atrocious. The seller put 12 / 6.3 oz packages of potato chips into a 12" x 12" box. The result was potato chip crumbs. I attempted to contact Herr's VIA their web site. I've received no response from them, to date. Buyer beware!

Nice crisp chip, well seasoned even a bit over the top. Ships well will order again.
