Had to get a new step and this us light weight but sturdy. Hope it lasts a few years

I wish I read the lower reviews before purchasing. The steps flex when using I applied for a refund which was agreed but as you have to pay to return and due to the size of the box was not worth it. They are ideal as a stool when working down low.

After a lot of research I decided to buy these caravan steps although I don’t have a caravan! But for me they looked sturdy and wide enough, I needed steps for 2 reasons 1, my dogs getting on in age so these are ideal for him to use to get up on the sofa or bed ( he’s a huge dog breed ) and for myself to be able to be safe in the knowledge if I needed to reach something they wouldn’t move under me like a ladder could as I live alone. They take the weight up to 150kgso confident in the weight ratio guidelines too. They look as described and they’re not too heavy either lighter than I imagined. Rate for this item is 5* from me.

Bought for library steps and very happy. Steps are large enough for my feet and so stable that I can lift piles of books or cds up and down from my wall shelves without needing a handhold.

Light weight and ok on even ground. However we only had it a couple of weeks now and it is already buckled from using it to get in and out of our motorhome.

A proper "value for money" purchase. I inadvertently left my old step, resembling an upside-down milk crate on one of our travels. It was too far to return to retrieve it, supposing it was still there, so I ordered a replacement. To say I am delighted is an understatement. It is sturdy, slip averse and light enough (even lighter than the "milk crate") to be deployed and stowed easily. The difference is chalk and cheese, I'd be devastated if we were to forget this one. A "must-buy".

And its still fine. The non slip surface is its biggest bonus as it really gives confidence when clambering up in the rain. Its just the right size in both height and width for the entrance to our Static caravan. I cant quite give it 5 stars as it could do with having a little stronger and heavier metal but maybe that's being picky

After using on the caravan for a few trips over the year, it has taken a distinct lean as though it is short of a cross brace. It no longer feels safe and I have replaced it. If it was designed for flat level ground then it is designed and built OK, if it was design for caravan use on various terrain then it need more welding or cross bracing.
