Vitamin B complexsupplement contains a bunch of vitamin B2 B3 B5 B6 B12 also vitamin C and iron to prevent and help lethargy and tiredness.Easy to take,There is no weird aftertaste, works as it should be and I feel less tired so feeling more energetic.I would recommend the product.

I decided to give these a try as they have a high B12, B2, and B6 content.I felt I needed a boost of energy as I was feeling tired all the time.I am a vegetarian and I have read many times that Vegans and Vegetarians are often deficient especially in B12.I must admit I am feeling much less tired and I am back exercising on a daily basis.As with any health supplement we take there is always a certain amount of faith but I was tired before taking these and now I'm not.I will happily continue with the much higher dose and I have replaced my much lower level of daily B12 single vitamin to these multi B vitamins.

Didn't feel any different after taking these. Good points are that they're easy to swallow, come in a convenient tub that is easy to store away. Didnt feel no energy increase or any different. Doesn't really have a taste to it.

OK, so first off, be sure to check with your GP or health professional before taking any supplements. I'm not going to review any of the additional supplements here, as these were purchased entirely for the B Vitamins and iron. My daughter is vegetarian and has taken supplements after medical advice a few years ago after suffering dizzy spells, fatigue and frequent mouth ulcers. She has low iron levels and taking B Vitamins with iron improves her stamina and general wellbeing.These Vegetology vitamins fit the bill. They are rather large, but are easy enough to take and don't taste of anything. My daughter often opens the capsules up and adds the contents to smoothies in the morning.They're a little expensive and you can find cheaper elsewhere, but they're OK and do the job.

Good caffeine free energy pills that make you more alert in the morning with a dose of vitamins too. WOuld recommend!

If you're just looking to address your energy issues with a combined approach of B complex, vitamin C, and iron, you could certainly find a cheaper alternative.However, these capsules also incorporate some good adaptogens from Chinese medicine, also for targeting low energy, hence the higher price.My partner is taking these to combat low energy, due to the nature of her work, in a nursing home with many severe dementia cases. It's an intense and long, tiring work day, and these help her to fit in some physical activity (surfing and running), and to also kick back at the end of the day.

I’m taking these pills for nearly 2 weeks now and I actually can see a difference.I’m vegetarian and sometimes struggle to compose my diet correctly, so I get all my body needs from food I consume, therefore I need supplements to help keep the vitamins etc. at the right level.I ordered these tablets as I started feeling really tired and sleepy recently, I also loose a lot of hair, therefore I thought that it might be caused by vitamin B deficiency. I have noticed an improvement in my overall mood and energy levels and these tablets are the only thing I changed, so I’m pretty sure they caused it.I do recommend this product a lot, it actually helped me, never caused any bad aftertaste or any not desired symptoms. It’s good value for money too.

I usually take a multivitamin and I thought I would give these a go instead. They contain B vitamins, C and Iron, plus a couple of herbs used in Chinese medicine. I haven't really noticed much difference and the presence of these two herbs, which are not recognised by conventional medicine, makes me feel I'd rather spend my money on more standard nutrients.
