Worked great for my purposes. Working great with modified MX500.
I purchased this to charge my son's MX500 when I upgraded to a 48V system (pleased with this BTW). Going into this, I knew that this charger fits into the MX500 but that the 2 live pins in the charger port are not the same as the MX500. Either I had to adapt the MX500 charge input or move the live wire to a different pin. I am sure these are warranty-voiding procedures, but with basic soldering skills (or wire-twisting) the adaptation was a 5 minute job and this thing has worked flawlessly for a couple months now. I can't say how fast it charges, but the bike is ready to go after overnight charge. I am pleased so far but only 2 months and maybe 20 charge cycles of usage at this point. So, warning would be that if you are purchasing for a RazorMX500/650, the plug fits but the live pins are not the same as the bike and it won't work unless one or the other is modified. It was absolutely as I expected.

Wired backward which caused my charge connector to weld to the charger
This is a very poorly made product. It has a standard XLR plug, or what is commonly known as a "wheel chair plug" in the US.The pins, HOWEVER, are wired backward from the standard. The #1 plug on the lefthand side, which is the positive on every other XLR, is the ground, and then #2 on the righthand side, is the positive. This caused a short when I connected the charger, welded the charger plug into the charge port of my scooter, and all the unit did was blink erratically.I then replaced the charger port on my scooter (at my cost) and obtained a replacement XLR plug for the charger, which I connected.I cut the old plug off a few inches from the tip and connected the blue wire to the positive of the new plug, and the brown to the negative, assuming these universals would apply. BUT IT GETS BETTER. Not only was the original XLR plug wired wrong, this unit is also assembled with the universal wire colors swapped! The blue was ground and the negative was positive! Which caused me to fry another plug!I now spent the money to get a decent quality charger from electric scooter parts .com (not sure if amazon allows that). It was wired correctly and worked immediately.I strongly recommend avoiding this product.

Yea, it's a charger alright...
The charger arrived as pictured. I didn't realize it was going to be such a piece of crap. I mean yea it lights up and charges batteries as described, I don't have a voltage meter but I'd say they charge slower than they should with a good 2.5a charger, my old one was just a different brand but didnt claim as much as this did in the ads. Overall a 3 star because of quality of material. Arrived on time and very well protected in bubble packaging.

Did not work for my project.. comments said it would
Worked... just does work for a razor Mx650 mod.... I upgraded to 48 on one of my mods and it was wrong configuration even though comments and questions said it would be a working match

Works fine, had to rewire my pins.
works fine you do need a volt meter to rewire your negative and positive pins.

is this rite?
The product seams to work fine. However there were no instructions with it.I'm really not sure if it's working fine oe not.The lights start flashing after a wile;this is unfamiliar to me.Is that supposed to happen?

Rusted screws
Okay so I haven’t even tried it yet so i don’t know how well it works but I do know mine came with rusted screws and I can’t get them out 🙃 I know for sure the wires are on wrong pins so kinda a bummer if I can’t get them out and get them on the right one
