Vibrant shimmer, a little goes a long way.
I got these for Halloween potion making activities, just with fruit juice, and worked perfectly. A little goes a long way. I e plenty left over for a similar activity for Xmas holidays and to make party drinks a little more special.

Gorgeous, glittery glamour...
Initially, my first thought was that pots are small, the consistency of the product is like a fine powder not what I consider to be glitter and would not last long. I was going to use the glitter to decorate cakes but got distracted by the photos on the box and decided to try them out in a drink.Because I am a cheapskate I decided not to use the spoon, dipped the tip of a metal straw into the black glitter with the intention of adding more if necessary. A miniscule amount was more than sufficient, so I am pleased I did not use the spoon, and the effect of the glitter swirling around in the glass is fascinating.I tried out all three colours with the purple being my favourite.I really like this product, a little goes a long way and next steps will be getting it in different colours. If I can resist using it in cocktails, I might even do some baking with it!

Very fine powder, great colours
These neat little pots come with a handy small spoon to help dispense the glitter powder.Although the colour selection might seem tailor-made for Halloween, in fact the colours will be more versatile than that: the green is a fresh colour that would be great in a cucumber-based gin drink, the black is more of a silvery grey that would swirl into or on top of anything for a bit of sparkle, and the purple is a really attractive lilac that will be especially nice on iced biscuits or cupcakes but also adds a new dimension to any clear drink. The glitter is very fine and a little goes a long way so the pots are good value.

Mixed feelings
On cakes and decorative flowers, it is great. Sticks well, looks amazing, doesn’t ruin the taste. For that, I highly recommend. In drinks, not so much. It’s messy. Doesn’t mix well and leaves an unpleasant taste. Tried it on various different drinks.

ADDS A BIT OF FUN AND SPARKLE TO FOOD AND DRINK
This set contains 3 nice little pots of edible glitter and a little spoon. The colours in this pack are black, green, and purple. The shades are nice, and they look really effective in clear drinks such as gin and tonic. The colour bleeds out of the glitter into the drink, altering the colour of the whole drink. A little goes a long way, so use a tiny bit at a time until you are satisfied with the look, and these pots should last a while. The set together gives halloween vibes, which I like, but any one of these used individually can add a touch of class and fun to any drink. The glitter also looks great mixed into icing on cupcakes. Again, be mindful the colour will bleed out into the icing or anything else you choose to use it in, but for us, that hasn't been a problem at all. I'm very happy with these.

Edible shimmer and shine
Really lovely edible metallic dust with beautiful and shimmery lustre. This comes as a set of 3 x 4g pots, each in a different colour, (black, lilac, green) doesn’t sound like much but you only need to use a tiny amount each time so should last a long time (dependent on usage). Can be used on adding shimmer for cake decorating, either sprinkle or dusted on and can be used with food grade rejuvenator alcohol (or vodka works as well) to make metallic food paint. Can also be used with drinks or as a fancy touch to food, the food grade powder doesn’t taste of anything and is harmless used in such tiny amounts.£7.99 (at the time of review) feels a little expensive for what it is but is a good quality and very specific product for adding that extra touch. Really nice looking colours and should be long lasting too. Just one very small gripe is that since the pots are so small and shallow, they are a bit fiddly to open, it could be that mine were closed particularly tightly but was a challenge to get them open.
