Well, there’s no doubt about it...this stuff works! So if you’re looking for a cleanse, this is definitely a good solution.I took one pill before bedtime, as instructed. For me personally it took about 24 hours before the pill kicked in, so since I took it at bedtime I was up a few hours after my bedtime the following night dealing with the aftermath. Not the best timing ever. It also took about 12 full hours before my body decided it was done for good.So, while this was effective, I will probably time it differently next time now knowing how my body responds. I also did get some cramping so I will use this pill very sparingly in the future.

Use as supplement

I really like this product, works great! I was purchasing African Cape Aloe capsules from a local provider, that passed away, I was so worried I'd never find the same product again. When I discovered Cape Aloe & compared the ingredients, I discovered it was the same thing I had been using, cheaper & works wonderfully! I have not experienced any cramping or pain when using, which sometimes happens with laxative products. I would highly recommend!

Includes other ingredients besides Cape Aloe that are NOT listed on the product page. If I wanted rice flour and magnesium included with my cape aloe then I would take those pills separately. Would not recommend unless you like filler in your supplements.

Love this product! Was using Aloe Lax for years but can no longer find the higher strength, so I thought I’d try this. I take 1 at bedtime & by morning I’m ready to go. Works great. I’d highly recommend.

Lately, I have been dealing with some digestion issues. However, since I started using Cape Aloe I have been feeling great!I definitely recommend this if you are dealing with any stomach issues as this laxative works great!

This product works so well. It doesn't cramp my stomach like many other products do.
