I used this once a day for 11 days and when I tried to use it on the 12th day, it stopped working after 4 seconds. I tried charging it for 6 hours thinking it may be a low battery but that turned out to not be the issue. It’s just junk. Hate to think of how many others have been ripped off by this seller and this piece of junk. 😡😡

Easy to use. Instructions were a little bague

Couldn’t be more happier with this easy to use water purifier. Charges easily and tastes great! It did, however take a long time to arrive. Love it!

Tastes like chlorine I tossed it

Never got to use it was broken on my doorstep. Also getting a refund was time consuming!

Didn’t work right from beginning

I bought this and was so excited to try it. I have a test kit for hydrogen so I tested it first. I was so disappointed as it showed none test number one so I ran it about 5 times the tested it showed 300ppm. This is so lame. What a Rio off. My Echo water makes 1500ppm in one run. Guess you do get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on this one. Go get an Echo waterbottle.

I bought one of these and it barely puts any hydrogen Bubbles at all out. It's nothing like the pictures or the commercials where the water is cloudy from all the hydrogen in it. And when I try to return it they simply ignored me even though they say they have a 60-day return guarantee. I sent several emails and no one ever responded to any of them. I had to finally call my credit card company stop payment. It is in dispute now. Definitely not happy with this product or this company. What a scam !!
