Best value for money. These psyllium husks started working straight away and I have really noticed a difference in my digestive habits, all for the better. I was drinking 2 glasses a day, but I cut it down to one and it is still really effective. Doesn't taste bad, just bland and a bit thick, but don't buy psyllium husks if that bothers you, it's not at all bad, and these are ground, which makes them easier to swallow. Very happy with my purchase and will buy from this company again when they run out.

The contents are a very fine powder. You mix this with water, make sure it is well stirred, then swig it down. Then follow up with a glass of water. It does not taste of anything. You can add it to food, instead of drinking it. Because it swells up, I added some to porridge. It did make a very thick portion!I am trying to find out the right quantity to take each day to have the desired effect.

I bought this psyllium husk powder thinking it would be a cheaper and easier to use substitute for the psyllium husk I have been using for many months. However, while this is a good product and came well packaged, it did not have the same degree of benefit for my tendency to constipation. So I've gone back to using psyllium husk.

I bought this product at the beginning of August at £18.84. Can you explain why it has risen almost £3 since then? Absolutely scandalous in these times when people are struggling.
