The pillow is soft but seems a little bulky.

My son works on a computer all day long for school as well as his part-time job, then he continues on the computer for his gaming events in the evening. This has lead him to have a bit of pain in this neck from bad posture. He asked me to get a neck pillow for him to help him relax before jumping back on the computer for his gaming sessions.I liked this pillow because it has a cooling material cover over the preformed neck pillow. The cooling cover is removable and can be wash on delicate in the washing machine. As an added benefit, the pillow is the proper shape to help support good posture when seated. While my son won't be traveling anytime in the near future, it is nice to know that this neck pillow can be rolled up and easily stored in the accompanying travel bag.

This pillow is super comfortable and most perfect for a very long flight we had. It kept my neck and had super comfortable about me asleep for long period of time with no issues at all. It’s very easy to clean and portable.

This travel pillow ripped before we even got off the plane! I was gone a full month so I wasn't able to return it because the window had shut!

Welcome to your best travel companion. This travel pillow is like no other.Well engineered, well made and all inclusive for your next trip.The memory foam this pillow is made out of is amazing. I was afraid it would be too firm for me as I suffer from chronic neck issues and pain, but it was not at all.The foam is supportive yet soft enough to conform to my neck. It felt so good I could have fallen asleep instantly. Designed to fit the natural curves of your neck, jaw and shoulders they got it spot on. It didn't fit so snuggly that I felt like I was in a neck brace like some others that I have tried. The fabric is so soft on the outside and cool and smooth on the inside against your skin. I like that it has the adjustable locking string which is handy for attaching to luggage or bags and prevents it from falling off and onto the floor whether it is on you or your bag. It even has a little pocket on the side of the outside that is perfect for tucking your eye mask and ear plugs in so that everything you need is together. The carrying bag that it comes with is nice but it is a little tricky to get it in there. Unlock your adjustable string and roll the pillow up tight compressing it as you roll and you should have no problem. It took me a few fails before I figured that out.I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will no longer buy any other travel pillows. This one has it all and is incredibly comfortable and supportive.

Oh my gosh. I need a travel pillow because I split time between two states (plane travel) and we take driving vacations too. I have a stuffed one, and I thought it was the best a travel pillow gets... but I was wrong.This urnexttour Travel Pillow for Airplane Memory Foam Neck Pillow is awesome. the baby fleece fabric I chose is so soft and comfortable. The pillow is not just a smooth U-shape. It's contoured to fit the shoulders and the bottom of the skull. The memory foam is soft but firm—no "sore spots" where my neck and head rest on it. It's taller than my old pillow, which I thought might be a problem, but wow, it keeps my head upright. No lolling over at all, no pressure on my spine.I had no idea there were any differences at all in travel pillows, but believe me, there is. I'm a big fan of this one.This also comes with an eye mask (gave that to the hubs bc I don't use one) and ear plugs (also won't use them). It's supposed to come with a carrying bag, but for some reason, mine didn't. I care not at all, because I'll hook it on the headrest pole in my car when not in use and on my purse strap or carry on's handle extension as I walk through the airport.

While cheap its much smaller than pictured. I'm 5'5 and it doesn't reach passed my neck like it shows in the picture. This results in poor support and the string digging in to my neck.Maybe I have an abnormally thick neck for my height.

Not bad could be worse. Its a neck pillow that blows up, it is not bad and its pretty comfortable.
