Many of the tools I have were purchased through professional watch and jewelry suppliers. Pricing is quite high, and usually the materials used are of very high quality. The tools in this kit are not of the same caliber, but are quite serviceable and for 20 bucks are actually quite good.They probably wouldn’t hold up to everyday use, but for a hobbyist or someone who wants to do basic repairs, it will help with many basic repair tasks. It is by no means complete, but has many things you’d need. If you have very high end watches; Rolex, Tag Heuer, Omega, etc., you’ll probably want to have a professional take care of them.

very disappointed Amazon would send this out. Obviously used, dirty, missing parts and case was missing clasp. Looked like it had been kicked around in a dusty warehouse for the past couple of years. Also, for those of you using the watchback wrench, this is the cheapest chinese BS I have ever seen...but quite usual for their poor mfg.They tend to think copying the look is okay without paying attention to function. The wrench has tolerances way out of wack so it will not hold/tighten to work at all; it is far too loose. I can hardly believe any product designer would think this was appropriate for what it is supposed to be used for. Worthless chinese junk...as usual.

This watch repair kit was not of the quality I expected. I would have given this two stars except that the tool for removing the back of the watch was missing one of the pieces that I needed. In addition, one of the tools for working on watches was bent. When the package arrived, all of the tools were in a disarray, presumably due to jarring during shipping. However there did not seem to be a holder location for each tool and the instruction manual did not match the tools in the case. Overall, I still need to get a watch repair tool kit, but I do not suggest this one for anyone.

Great little addition to my DIY tool collection. I have repaired broken watch bands and replaced many watch batteries. Tools were easy to use and performed as expected. I also liked the hard case that it came with which allows for easy storage and quick access.

Quality of the tools are better then expected. I have already used the kit for band sizing and battery replacement. It provided everything I needed.

Dissapointing! After waited anxiously to use the item, one of the treads the 3rd one won't accept the screw. Even after trying other screws on the same tread, it won't go in. The other two works well. See the photos.Why is this so? I just read similar complaint from another buyer's review.

All tools are well crafted for the money.
