My goodness with the doctors prescription and their's is really made a dig improvement thank you at last I get a bit of sleep where before I could be awake for 3 days and nights not sitting down just walking around or marching on the spot so thank you so much

Not sure if it’s doing what I bought it for
I bought this as I suffer from irritable leg syndrome and I read that magnesium can help with it. I have been taking these morning and night but I don’t think it’s made any difference. I will finish them but I don’t think I will buy more unless I feel that things get worse after I stop!

Price is good, capsules easy to swallow and slim packaging good. However, not taken for long enough yet to be able to make any real judgement about its benefits, so cannot give the full star rating as yet. But I’m hopeful!

Great relief from cramp.
I was suffering with cramp in my legs for a number of years & I decided to look into it online. I found your product & read all the information.I decided to give them a go. I take the capsules twice a day, one in the morning & one in the evening.I'm happy to say that this product work.

Restless legs gone immediately
For years I've been tormented by RLS, often losing 2-4 hours of sleep a night because of it. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and it's almost completely gone. I occasionally get a few twinges that gives me the old anxiety but I can usually trace that back to forgetting to take them. I often forget my night time one but fine now :)Worth every penny.

Useless
Have taken this for over a month and it hasn't helped. The restless leg syndrome is still driving me crazy.
