Major design flaw, will not work at high elevations!
Basically it is assembled at sea level but in Denver (5280ft/ 1609m) the air inside the floating valve expands causing it to not let any water to the atomizer. It's a relatively easy 10 min fix if you're a DIYer but frustrating that the manufacturer missed this very basic flaw. There was a really helpful youtube video (search "KOIOS Humidifier E1/HH No Water Error - How to Fix"), all you need is a pin/needle to relieve the pressure and a lighter or soldering iron to reseal it. Would have given 4 stars if not for this issue, it functions fine but the manual is not very clearly written in English - it appears they opted for the cheapest Chinese translator they could find.

Not your grandma's humidifier!
When I was a kid back in the early 1980s, my doctor told my mom to get a "Kaz Vaporizer" to add humidity to the air and help with my sinus problems during the drier times of the year. I hated those old things. They were loud and ugly. Boy, has technology come a long way in the last 35 years! Using ultrasound instead of impellers, this is very quiet. It's stylish enough to not look out of place if left in the room when not in use, and has some great features. It has three different output levels, and a built in humidity sensor to turn on and off automatically. The water tank is accessed from the top, remove the lid and it easily lifts in and out with a nice fold down handle, so you can leave the unit plugged in and carry just the tank to the sink to fill it. I bought two of these (a white and a black one) for my bedrooms and so far I'm very impressed by the quality!

Didn't last as long as I wanted, but the company gave excellent customer service sending a new one
It worked perfectly for a few weeks then it just stopped working. Sent it back. It's been several weeks that I returned the humidifier. But what's great is the company contacted me and offered to send a replacement. They sent an air purifier instead but quickly sent a replacement Humidifier as well. Now that was wonderful customer service. This impressed me because they wanted me the customer to be satisfied and NOW I AM. It's only been a few days but the steam is blowing out as you can see in the picture and it's the one I really truly wanted. I like the air purifier also and making use of it. The color isn't a blend but it nice to have it since I have a neighbor who smokes like a chimney. I do hope humidifier continue to work for years to come but for now, its working and I am a happy customer.

Company cares about their reputation
Original Review - 1 star - Product worked OK for about 4 months then started leaking. Fortunately I had a towel near it just in case, and the towel was SOAKED over night.UPDATED - Warranty was for 3 months, but upon seeing my review, they reached out to me. They are sending me a replacement unit, so if it holds up, then I understand that all manufacturing occasionally produces a bad unit or two. I appreciate the company caring enough to reach out to me.

Functional
I had one humidifier start spitting water after a year or so. To replace I tried one that broke first night, one that was too small, then one that was impossible to clean. This was my 4th attempt. For my son's big bedroom since stuffy nose = NO sleep. I have had unit almost 6 months now. It has a large tank, one fill lasts a few nights depending on settings. It seems as easy as it can be for something like this in terms of cleaning. The mist directional hole can be rotated. The lid is always a fight to get on right but it a quiet process in case someone is sleeping. I do hear it when in use. There is a white noise with occasional water drips. It's so quiet that you hear the water drops more and you wonder if it's raining outside to remember it's the humidifier. I wish there were other color options, in both bedrooms I have placed it, the huge black (didn't get stark white but i think would be the same) apparatus is a little standoutish and not good looking.

Worth the extra money
Previously we bought cheaper humidifiers. It was nice that they were clear so that you could see the water level, but they wouldn't shut off if the humidity was already too high, didn't hold as much water and it was impossible to clean some parts of the water container. This unit seems like a significant upgrade over those. The touch-sensitive buttons work great. The water bucket is easy to fill and transport. I feel like I can clean all surfaces where mold/bacteria might grow (note that I highly recommend a bottle brush or two to get the tight areas). It's quiet. We use it in a bedroom near our bed and have no trouble sleeping at night. We sit it in a wood stool since there are vents on the bottom that might not work on carpet. We've seen a noticeable improvement in air quality. The one drawback (and reason for only 4 stars) is that twice water has flooded the ultrasonic area, muting it's ability to produce mist. It's not hard to fix---bring the entire unit to a sink, dump out the water in the base, and reassemble. But, it's annoying.
