Good product. Easy to fix
There's nothing to dislike about the product. It is sturdy and well built and comes well protected and packaged. The parts come with very clear instructions but a moderate flat pack builder could work this out if prior Ikea experience was present.Only one flaw was that 2 of the bolts were warped Simi had to get creative to ensure the surround was solid enough to hang. Minor point. The end result is still fantastic and took 15 minutes to assemble and 5 mins to fit.

Worst thing I have ever spent my money on
Worst thing I have ever spent my money on. I've literally put the first few screws in and they have come through the front of the wood. The screws do not fit and the fixtures to hold the screws have actually broken.

Great product
This MDF product looks great for the price. I paid £34.99 in April 2019. It was easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes. I didn't give it 5 stars because there is nothing supplied to attach it to the wall or leave a flush against the wall without gaps. Like some kind of attaching tape. Of course house walls aren't perfectly straight. The wall attachment is there to bear weight from the top shelf only.I wanted to buy another one for my living room 1 week later but the price increased to £38.99! Then I saw the same item under a different name for £29.99 so I will try that instead. (Jack Stonehouse White Painted MDF Radiator Cover)

An absolute and utter joke!
As someone who has been building Ikea furniture for many years I'm well versed in dodgy instructions, this however is a whole new level in ridiculousness! Then there's the quality.....what a joke, it's absolutely appalling, i'll be speaking to Amazon to ask why they allow such JUNK to be sold on the site, they have a responsibility to us as consumers. The acres are too long so they protrude, the MDF is of the poorest quality I have ever seen, there is literally not one thing I can say is ok about this....seriously. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, pay extra for something else just avoid this whatever yo do....you've been warned!

Slightly annoyed. Arrived with a chip on the left hand side that is clearly visible from the front & there was also a blue "ink type" small stain on the front panel. - Not what I was expecting, but then if they are going to use Yodel for their deliveries, what should I expect... At least it arrived.

Good looking does the job
So impressed with this radiator cover. Really helps make the room feel more homely, and I now have a shelf 😁. The front slatted section was broken but you can not see it as hidden. I was lucky the break was where it was. Not too sturdy but does the job. I like the look. I haven't attached it.to the wall yet as not sure how. The rest of the build was easy enough, if you have done flat pack before. Instructions basic. Took me a while to remember how to do the metal attachments, I don't know their name.

Unsatisfied and questionable quality!
I would not re-purchase this item for the following reasons.Paintwork: The paintwork looks like a student Beauty Therapist trying to pass their spray-tan exam wearing a blindfold has carried it out. The finish is inconsistent and the paint gave off a strong chemical odour.Quality: The ‘wood’ used felt like poor quality. To me it had more in common with damp plasterboard than wood. Screws easily penetrated through to the other side without much encouragement. The screws that come with the items were also poor quality. Some screws were not formed property and missing parts of the pointed ends, which made the assembly even trickier. Overall I am not a fan of their quality control.Instructions: Were confusing to say the least. As I wanted the cover to be at its shortest length I had to decipher the manufactures instructions otherwise I would have covered important holes that were needed a few steps later.Sturdiness: Lacking.Having said this, the cover has done its job. I can’t see it lasting the test of time but it does look better that the bare radiator underneath. I just feel a little ripped off as I paid £64.99 for this product and I don’t think the quality of this product is worth that.

Looks great but a bit tricky to assemble
After reading a few reviews that suggested it was going to be difficult to put together, I was a bit apprehensive. So I was pleasantly surprised when it all went easier than expected...until it was time to fit the top shelf. The pre-drilled holes in the shelf are not quite the correct distance apart, by about 5mm. The neatest way to overcome the problem would have been to take it all apart again and plane a couple of mm off each of the four horizontal members, so as to effectively shorten the front of the cabinet. But I couldn't be bothered so I just bodged it by drilling some new holes and making it fit, sort of.It does look very good once assembled but you get the impression that the manufacturers have never actually tried building one!It probably took me between an hour and 90 minutes to assemble, and I would say I have pretty good DIY skills. I bought a couple of similar cabinets for my old house some years ago (also bought online, but not Amazon) and they were SO much easier to assemble, they just clipped together in about 2 minutes. Unfortunately I can't remember where I bought them from!
