The speaker works fine, clear and decent quality. However, when there is any Bluetooth interference, this thing has a voice, not controlled by the volume, that loudly and repeatedly says something along the lines of, "reconnect your Bluetooth device...". It will go all night if it's connecting device has gone to sleep. No problem if you don't mind powering it off and on every time you use it but for me that got very old and unusable for my daily routine. I unsuccessfully looked for help, maybe it's just mine. Hopefully it's not too late now for me to able to return this annoyance in my life!

I really wanted to like this product but after 6 weeks, I cannot and will not recommend it.It connects to Bluetooth fine and the battery is good. Hold a charge well and charges up fast. But:But, my clients get intermittent connection and poor sound quality. I have to repeat myself and change direction. Still not 100% working, maybe 60% Not good enough.Tip: please on a hard surface. Placing on a tablecloth muffles the microphones.

Didn't know such an item existed, but once I found out, I needed one immediately. I use my iPhone often for impromptu conference calls with 2-3 people around me. Using the speaker phone just doesn't provide a good enough quality. This device solves that very well. We've tested it and find that the listerner can hear us easily when we stand 6-8 feet from the device with no problem. And the volume of the speaker phone is sufficient enough so we can hear them from that far away. Pairing to the iPhone was completely painless and the device is sleek looking and seems extremely well made.

Great looking and smooth running. I have hooked this device to my PC, laptop and phone. So far used it with Ask Google, You Tube, Steam, e-mail, text and a phone call. All are very clear and in some cases sound better then the device I am working with. The Device came with a case and charging wire. It can be hooked up to a wire or Bluetooth.

Sound volume is low. People complained that I sounded muffled. I do not work for a competitor or anything like that - I just wanted a good speaker to use for Zoom calls. This was not good. Sorry.

The design of eM1 looks appealing and especially the carrying case. The microphone, speaker and connectivity are reasonable. Nevertheless, i still prefer the eM2 model that i highly recommend new buyers to consider. Both eM1 and eM2 are good values for the quality, and i am expecting the new "eM3" to come.

Thus far this product does exactly what I expect it to. Arrived on time with absolutely no problems.

I wanted to be connected to my laptop and have my cell phone connected via bluetooth so I could use the same device as a speaker and microphone for both. It was easy to setup and worked great from the time I plugged it in.

This device paired immediately, the sound quality is excellent, the 360 degree microphone works great! Highly recommend this for a small office, especially if you are used to using speaker phone :)

I can't say enough good things about this item. I purchased it for an important meeting being held at a remote location. The Bluetooth connection was fast and seamless, the microphone pickup from 20 feet was excellent, and the clarity and volume of the speaker is incredible. For such a small item that I can carry around with me, performance is just superb!

I bought this to bring in virtual team members to a team party. It is better with 5 people or so, that way everyone can be sitting around it. We have 8 people and it still worked pretty well. It was easy to setup. The sound output was nice an loud as well. We used it with zoom, which was not as good as facetime. I think that is to do with Zoom and not the product.
