This was perfect for what I need it for. (My band played a Woodstock festival.) I was a little hesitant after reading other reviews about the fringe being crumpled, etc., but mine was fine out of the package. (I hung it on a hanger anyway.) Yes, it's thin (which also means it's lightweight... and so not hot to wear) but it looked great and people assumed it was real until I told them. Just remember, it's not a real suede vest; it's a costume item. Far more well-made than your average Halloween costume, too.

Got this for part of a halloween costume and it was perfect! Material was a little thin but for the price quality was as expected. Looked just like the photo.

I'm a size 12 and this vest would not meet through the bust (34B) and when removed from the package the fringe was so wrinkled it looked like wadded up paper...so you MUST steam it carefully ..not to close with the heat or you will melt it....like I said...it will serve it's purpose...will only wear one time...for a 70's party so can deal with how cheap it is made and the quality of the poor quality of the fabric.

This vest is such a disappointment . I was expecting something with a little more realistic look and feel. This thing is like a very cheap hollowed costume. The fabric is so thin it is see thu. I thought it would be more like the leather vest worn during the time period. It isn't even close. So needless to say it went back as soon as I got it. Well I tried to send it back as soon as i got it. That was a bit of an issue on its own. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The vest is VERY thin material and the tassels are a completely different color from the vest. I bought this for a costume but even then I was still disappointed.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter's hippie Halloween costume. I'm disappointed in the look of it. The picture looks more realistic than what we actually received. I'm keeping it b/c I'm running out of time for something else, but I wouldn't order again.
