Better than plastic (I hope)
I prefer to use these instead of plastic utensils because they can be tossed in with the green waste. They are sturdy and I like the fact that they are sporks so I can buy just one item rather than spoons and forks separately.

Kinda splintery.
Not smooth enough to be putting in your mouth. They tend to lose the curve of the spoon part and go flat. Not a good spork at all. If they are going to use bamboo they should not waste it making sub-par products.

Not what I am looking for
The material is very weird, my 4 year old son rejects to use them. Waste if money for me.

Super sporks! Ethical single use things.
I use these when we are camping to reduce washing; but it is fun to be able to use them to start a fire after supper! Using plastic for a single use is just beyond criminal!!! We use one per person for the day, then burn them each evening as we start a camp/cook fire. They are NOT deep dish spoons, so if your dishes are mostly soups/stews, they may not be ideal, but heck, just turn the bowls up and drink if that is the case. Super value! "Convenience with a Conscience"! is my now copyrighted phrase for these things.

Too flat
Wanted a real spork that can be eaten with rice or noodlesThis is not the oneIt’s too flat and doesn’t hold the food well

You will get splinters if your not careful
It’s like eating from a pop cycle stick. Not horrible. I did get a small splinter so I checked them and sanded a few. They are very sturdy. I like them.

Great party spork!
Bought these for my son's first birthday party, lumberjack theme. They arrived quickly and are great for the party scene. The fork tines are just long enough. They don't hold up well if you're using them to stir anything and they seem to be a little thinner than those wooden chips passed off as spoons in the mini ice creams from back in the day, but they do a great job at a party and I add them to my compost after were done using them. I would highly recommend giving these a chance if you want something more sustainable than plastic but dont want to invest in bulk spoons and forks just yet.

A spork you can burn
All of the forks and spoons in our house have disappeared. I suspect they are under the teenagers' beds, but they claim they have never taken a dish or piece of flatware to their room and left them there. So...we decided to buy these wooden sporks to avoid only eating finger foods for the rest of our lives. They work well and have the added benefit of acting as kindling. When you finish eating, use your spork to start a fire (matches not included).
