Received a replacement in great condition. My first file came chipped but Zamberg was quick with delivering me a replacement! No chips on the new file. I will definitely be ordering a full sized file from them soon.It files the nails smoothly but be careful to not file quickly like with traditional files, the glass file will shorten your nail length rather quickly if you are too rough. As this is my first glass nail file, I learned from my mistake on filing too roughly. I filed my nails slowly with a back and forth motion to get the desired shape I wanted. Make sure your nails aren't too short either or it will feel like carpet burn from the filing. My nails are growing out nicely, they're smooth, there is no extra pieces of nail hanging off like with the cheap files. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good product, the price is also reasonable! You won't have to repurchase this unless it breaks on you. I have had my mini glass nail file for a week and 2 days. I'm happy with this product.

I will NEVER buy any other files. I have a couple of these in "regular" length and decided to get a couple of the shorter ones. As expected, they are perfect.

The best nail file I ever used. I like its small size because it fits perfectly in my purse so I can carry it with me. I also liked the leather carrying case. Nice to know that plastic hasn't taken over everywhere. This file and its case are made well so I think they will last along time.

This file is a little shorter and stouter than the ones I have had in the past - The only real weakness with these crystal files is that they are brittle - You don't want to drop them on a tile floor or tweak them particularly when traveling - So this one, being smaller, is quite sufficient for a file surface area but isn't as easily shattered - I am going to order another.
