This is a good tube scarf but what it lacks Is a fleece bottom/micro fiber matirial that is not as stretchy at the bottom of the neck. it rises easily. I work in a freezing environment and I was kept warm for the most part, but it kept rising on my neck exposing it to the elements

Absolutely love it. I have fair skin and sun burn every day. It sucks. This has saved me! I use it cycling and hiking over my nose and mouth down over my neck. The breathING took me a few min to get used to, but after that it was fine. No cotton wood, bugs, sun burn or wind burn. It is a little hotter but not unbearable. Great for that winter cold cycling wind. Keeps my neck warm and pushes off old injury neck pain by an hour or 2. It does stretch out after a while. Flip it upside-down and get more life out of it.

UPDATE: FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!After my original 3-Star review (in June) I was contacted by the company directly through Amazon messaging (in October) and asked how they could make my purchase right. Apparently someone from the company responded to me here, but I still don’t see that and never got a notification. Regardless, I was offered another item or a full refund. I finally decided on a refund and requested it just yesterday (November) at 6pm thinking it would be processed sometime in the following days. Within 3 hours - on a Sunday, no less - the refund had been issued. I’m beyond impressed by the customer service I received.In the future, if I were to order another one of these products, I would buy a size up for breathability during the high intensity activities (cycling, running) I needed this item for. The quality of the fabric is great, and the customer service is exceptional.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Ok, so this is a great sun/wind shield if you’re not doing anything high intensity, but I got this to protect my face will bike riding and when I had to climb hills the thing was just too tight around my face to comfortably breathe. It is not too tight walking, hiking, etc., but if you are running or riding I recommend something that isn’t so entirely elastic. I did appreciate that the ends were elastic and stayed in place.

I absolutely love these "Neck tubes"! I am a recumbent cyclist and these fit perfectly under my helmet, absorb plenty of sweat, and I can use it as a face mask if needed (cold, dust, bugs, etc). Just pop it into the washer when it starts to get stinky. My only complaint is the lack of colors. I have blue and purple, but I would love pink, yellow, red, etc!

I like this neck gator because it is a little smaller in fit since I have a small face. However, compared to other gators (e.g. Smartwool), it does not breathe that well. Other than that, it's comfortable and I love the color (petrol blue)!

Lightweight fabric and works well in any style to cover neck or head as described. Washed well.

For such a simple product it really is amazing. Just wore it on a hike in 20ish degree weather. Kept my neck and face warm. It’s comfortable. Am taking on a ski trip.

Poor product quality. Definitely would not buy this item again. I own several of these buffs from various brands and this is the least favorite.
