Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Milky Lotion SPF 15, 50ml

This is a premium product and I would expect it to be in good condition. This was purchased as a gift and I am embarrassed to send it but don't have time to get a replacement. The product looks fine inside but the box is bashed and looks like its been well and truly used. Also has 2 stickers across the box... stating that the product is new! I can't get these off without making it look even worse. The fact that it is being labelled as this, makes me think they are trying to prove something 🤔

Bought hydra quench lotion 09 June 2021, pump stopped working 09 July 2021 and there's no way of opening the bottle to try to get it working again! Help!!
