Smaller than size chart
The size runs small. I originally purchased a medium for my dog with a 16" girth, which should have fit according to size chart, and had to exchange for the large. The large fits with room to spare. Wore once and did not wash, so I can't attest to comments about quality after washing. Probably best to hand wash.
