I've been taking 2 Thermaxin per day, along with 2 MAX-CLA per day for exactly a week now, along with the chocolate shake for breakfast and lunch. Then a healthy dinner.I have a shake for breakfast with 1 Thermaxin and 1 MAX-CLA. Then the same again for lunch.I've managed to lose 3lbs this week, despite eating out (very naughty meals) 3 times this week.Very good product so far. I've been drinking lots of water as well with it, which has helped the weight loss, I think.I've read reviews about people 'feeling' they've had too much caffeine, but I don't feel any difference in caffeine, but my energy levels have gone up, I must say.Overall very good product, I'll be buying again!

Great product alongside Thermaxin. Feel more full. Easy to take. Great. Really happy as have tried so many other products which didn’t work for me. Will be continuing with this for a longtime.
