It did not work. It did not fit properly.
It was recommended by Ooma to make Telo wireless. It did not fit the Telo so therefore did not work.

UPDATE - Works with IOS 13.6!
I have updated my review. After an iOS update to 13.6, this bluetooth adapter now works with my iPhone 8 plus. I am so happy to now have the ability to ring my ooma when my cellphone rings. It definitely helps me not miss calls.I tried it with a recent Android and was able to pair and function, but it's completely useless with newer iPhones. I should probably blame Apple. I keep hoping one of the iOS updates will fix bluetooth connection issues, but until either Apple or Ooma do something to make this work with iOS, I would avoid this product unless you're an Android user.

Leave your cell at the door!
I love the Ooma Telo, now we can leave our cell at the door and answer any phone in the house to receive our cell calls. No more bad reception or dropped calls or worse, the cell no even ringing in the middle of the house due to poor reception and going straight to voicemail! The other big advantage is that we can pick up any of our cell calls, not just mine but my wife's as well.

Didn't work without USB extension cable.
Didn't work initially, instructions were clear, just plug it in, and I would see a blinking blue light, but the adapter was dark. Plugged it into the USB port several times, still nothing. Looked through the reviews, and one mentioned using a USB extension cable, and viola! It worked.

Proprietary.Expensive.Works
Works. Expensive but works. Required by Ooma to get your bluetooth devices paired with the Telo. Thinking everything was right with a Samsung Galaxy S II cell and a Jabra Supreme headset led to the obligation of starting over again. Delete all devices on Ooma's Telo(Bluetooth) setup page, pull out adaptor. Insert adaptor again and pair headset first (I had the cellphone paired first on initial attempt). This is necessary to get the headset working properly with Ooma's HD2 handset (if you have one /which was my case) You can then pair afterwards your cellphone with the Telo and then pair the headset with the cellphone. Good luck. If you're not satisfied within 30 days (Ooma's word) just return product.
