Anaheims are mild chili peppers common in Mexican and Southwestern dishes, where they often complement pork, poultry, black beans, tomatoes, corn, cumin, coriander and cotija cheese.

the peppers were perfect
I am unable to find anaheim peppers in my area and was desperate for my corn chowder which is only good when using this pepper. They arrived on time and in perfect condition, as if they were picked fresh that day. I love amazon for the opportunity to obtain everything I need. Add to that the expedient delivery and there is nowhere else I would ever go.

Great Chiles
The chiles were perfect. Good green color, fresh and well worth the purchase.

NOT even half way fresh. Molded and rotting
Horrible. Product was molded and most were rotten with mushy brown spots all over and molding growing on items

Great product
Great pepper!! Especially when you live in an area where they aren’t available. the peppers are meaty and have right amount of heat. I’ll be buying them again

Mushy
Two peppers were mush in the package. I salvaged enough from the order for my use but lost a few and the rotten ones stunk when I opened it and juice was running out.

Quality
The anaheim peppers were wrinkly and had damage. I contacted the seller and they replied quickly stating they would replace them. I know that growing conditions can affect the "spice" of peppers (scofield) but these were tasting like green peppers and had no heat value.UPDATE - The seller sent out replacements and even though most were wrinkly and not really fresh, there were 4 peppers that were good and had heat so I am pleased with the sellers quick response and replacement. I can't get these peppers anywhere else here in Florida
