Love this product. As someone who runs chronically anxious, this product is one of the few that my naturopathic doctor prescribed that helps take the edge off. She explained that anxiety triggers a “fight or flight” response and that these capsules assist the body in the comedown. Definitely get better use out of it taking it daily—one or two capsules.

Tranquility works great.
I've been using this product for years, because it works and leaves me feeling good. Cortiguard and Tranquility Base work even better when used together. Cortiguard takes up the excess cortisol (stress hormone) in your system so you don't suffer from its negative effects on your body.
