Good for dry aged steak shortcut.
Not the traditional use but costing a cheap steak cut with this for 2 days in the refrigerator makes for a poor mans dry aged steak. I ground up the rice and coated a top sirloin in the pictures. Make sure there’s good air flow! Possibly more tender but definitely tastier with the classic dry aged rich nutty taste.Good product.

For those who wish to make koji products but don't want the trouble of making their own koji rice here's the solution. Pre-made koji rice direct from Japan. Always nice bright white color. Makes it easy to make any traditional Japanese foods from miso, soy sauce, or even sake.
