Happy with purchase.
Very easy to use and great quality. Functionality overall is what you expect and very easy to clean after use. Battery was a little low when recieved ,but it's very easy to replace yourself and not a big issue. Measures temp easily and comes as a staple in any animal first aid kit.

Great product but order new batteries
This is a fine thermometer but as others have mentioned, it comes with a battery that’s virtually drained already so you might want to order a pack at the same time. A bit annoying.

Flat battery
Absolutely rubbish. Came with flat battery as others have said. Battery really hard to remove and no wish to buy a pack from Amazon spending yet more money making the thermometer more expensive.

Lo battery
Very disappointing that I can’t use the thermometer right away because the battery doesn’t work. I can’t find LR54 batteries locally, so I have to order again from Amazon and they won’t come now for a few days after the bank holiday.

Accurate and quite fast
Bought as my cat wasn’t too good , I have a decent one for me I bought during covid and this is just as accurate as I tried it before attempting it on the cat lol and reads quick prob 20 seconds , well what it doesn’t come with is an extra pair of hands to hold your cat to do the job , but that’s not the thermometers fault , anyway it’s good if you can actually manage to get the cat in any kind of strangle hold , product recommended

Bought to record a horse’s temperature.
Easy to use and the horse tolerated it with no problems at all.
