Magnesium was recommended by my child’s doctor for bedtime to help them sleep more soundly through the night , the type that was prescribed were actual capsules, but they were giant gelcap pills that my six-year-old has no way of swallowing, I would absolutely struggle myself. After looking through many products, I settled on these, they are great tasting, and he is a little bit picky and takes them without problems. I followed my doctors dosing instructions and have a great success with this product.

I do feel they help my anxious child calm down before bed. But they don’t exactly taste great.
These definitely help my children subtly calm down before bed. I have one child who is a deep thinker and has trouble turning off her brain. Although, I feel that these gummies definitely help, unfortunately they do not taste very good. My kids grown when I ask them to take them. They’re not terrible tasting just not really good either.
