These work great and fit perfect every time.

It's a wall plate. Not a lot to say, but it is well constructed and the Leviton keystone jack I used with it fit securely. You can't go wrong with this one.

Love this jack cover. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I wasn't aware that my wall outlet for the internet had all the wires connected on the panel, so I couldn't pull it out to place the new one. I had to order a different on that had all the connections but it wasn't the brushed nickel that I was looking for.

The product was fine, but it didn't match the holes on my phone that I tried to mount to it. No fault of the item itself.

Installed a landline as a backup for emergencies and used this to mount a classic ATT trimline wall mounted phone. The hanging clips lined up perfectly with the phone. The keystone clipped into the opening and stuck out a bit but the phone had room behind it to accommodate the ketstone’s slight protrusion. If I had one request it would be for a completely flush object but that’s probably not possible.

I recently switched my internet to DSL so I needed so I want a telephone wall jack to match the rest in my house, all of which are stainless steel. the man who installed the DSL looked this jack up on Amazon for me when I told him I wanted stainless steel. This one was not what I wanted. It is stainless steel on the underside, but not on the outer side, which is the one that shows. That part is white. Also, the recessed part looked bad. It wasn't damaged, just looked like it was poorly made. I sent it back.
