Australian GoldAloe Freeze Spray Gel, 8 Fl Oz

This is a great product. As a extremely fair skinned person I get cooked by the sun all the time. I rely on Australian Gold products to get me through the summer. The Aloe Freeze Gel spray is definitely one of my favorites, I apply it and it cools down the sun burned area and heals it. I don't know what I would do without it. It is convenient and actually works unlike a lot of other aloe sprays that I have tried. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a great sun burn remedy.

I first discovered this product on a cruise ship. I had fallen asleep in a lounge chair on a beach in the Caribbean. The chair was in the shade when I drifted off. 2 hours later... not so much. I have extremely fair skin and by the end of the day, My skin was a dark purple color. Horrifically painful. One of the shops on the ship had this aloe freeze spray. I doused myself in it before bed and woke up slightly pink with minimal pain. Sprayed it on again twice that day and there was no burn by the next morning. No blisters. No peeling. Fast forward 6 years: I bought this new bottle after my daughter 'borrowed' my last one. Not a week later, I went to an estate auction that turned out to be all outdoors. 100 degree day, no sunscreen, and not a tree in sight. I could feel my skin drying and burning. You know how it takes a few hours for a sunburn to show up full force? As soon as I got home, I put on the freeze spray and the red burn never showed up at all. This stuff is the best!!

Works well but the cvs brand works a little bit better.

I love this product. Spraying on sunburned skin is glorious. However, I must issue a warning: Amazon sent mine TWICE in bubble envelope mailers which caused 1/4 of the product to leak or spray out of the top. (And subsequently leak out of the mailer.)

I originally purchased this product for sunburn relief and loved it. It is the one product that not only helped ease the pain and discomfort of sunburn, but you don't have to rub the product into sensitive sunburnt skin. It absorbs into your skin in seconds! What a relief! I also found other uses for it. In the winter, when dry skin is more prominent, just spray it on and it has the same relieving effect. Now, I don't even buy hair conditioner - it even works as that! So for around $9.00 a bottle, you really have 3 products in one! What a bargain!

This stuff is pure magic from all of the uses we've had. Originally bought a bottle of this on a cruise ship after burning pretty good. Burns were gone within 2 days, along with keeping the burns covered. Immediately bought more when I got home!

I am returning it because it leaked and there was quite a bit missing from the bottle.
