Great for frying
Got this for deep frying since the curved bottom uses up less oil than flat bottomed kadais. This works great. This is real cast iron, so it will rust if left wet in the wash. It needs to be hand-dried immediately after wash, or ideally left greasy in storage.

It's a cute kadai
For a people of 2 this is really good for day to day Indian cooking which involves saute for chutneys and dry roasting for small quantity. Perfect for limited quantity cooking. If we use regularly and it gets seasoned, they even Halwa can be cooked. It just glides, provided we give the ghee generously😅
