Exactly a year ago, I bought a 10UA from WaterdropI wanted a filter which left all the Total dissolved solids but removed the impurities. Apparently, hard water is better healthwise for drinking than soft. Other filters had failedA year later and there is still no smell or taste of chlorine.Recently, I decided that I needed an RO machine to supply water for my Italian Espresso machine. Descaling was a pain and scale build up not good for the kettle or boiler. Our kettle now builds up no scale and the espresso is better than before.A great Company with great products and excellent customer service

While this worked great initially, after 3 weeks, it started giving an E04 error. Complete waste of money. Apparently the water hardness in the UK causes this error. While the customer service has been kind enough to send a replacement filter, if one needs to replace the filter every 3 weeks, this is definitely not worth it. Better to use a water softener instead.

TDS reading around 100 after only a few weeks of use. It started out at around 10. I'd expect much better performance on this front.Apart from that water tastes better, and machine works well.

Had an issue with my unit, but the problem was quickly soved as I was sent a new unit completely free. Big shout out to carina who gave excellent customer service and helped solve the issue 👌 the unit works wonderfully and ive been drinking loads more water because of it.

Nice machine, however when using the hot. The plastic component melts... this is worrying and unfortunately when i tried to contact the team the warranty was not working... Shame as i expected them to hold their word.
